Ivan "Batman" Jorge began training wrestling in 1992. He now holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a World Champion, Pan American Champion, and Tetra Champion in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. During his MMA Career he won the Jungle Fight Belt and San Jose Super Fight Belt.

After winning 4 straight for Jungle Fights he was signed to the UFC. He would win a decision over Keith Wisniewski in his first bout but would drop his next one by a decision to Rodrigo Damm. He will look to get back in the win column when he faces Josh Shockley.
