Conan is the co-founder of American Top Team alongside Ricardo Liborio and Marcelo Silveira.

Conan was the first Heavyweight champ of Extreme Fighting which was an event funded by Bob Guccione (of Penthouse fame).  He won the 4 man tournament to get the title.  He defended it once and then lost to Maurice Smith(he later defeating Smith in a rematch).  Conan was later in WEF and the UFC and had limited success.
