FLW is difficult to rank. I tried to keep it strictly to their 125 records. Not including their 135 fights. Unlike some modern fans I have watched the old Shooto days where it was the only place they could fight and its a shame some will never get the attention they deserved. However an all time list for this division is hard to make and I kept it strickly to a top 15. My guess is this next generation of FLWs like Kape, Taira, Mokaev, Tsuruya will take over and people like Shinryu in Rizin will be ranked highly as Rizin develops their division.
