Being that I did get positive reception from the several lists I made at the end of last year that ranked various things in MMA, I figured I'd do it again. Here are my 10 knockouts of the year.

10. Tyron Woodley over Josh Koscheck

9. Vitor Belfort over Luke Rockhold

8. Mark Hunt over Stefan Struve

7. Jake Ellenberger over Nate Marquardt

6. Jeremy Stephens over Rony Jason

5. Junior Dos Santos over Mark Hunt

4. Antonio Silva over Alistair Overeem

3. Travis Browne over Alistair Overeem

2. Uriah Hall over Adam Cella

1. Chris Weidman over Anderson Silva

Your thoughts?

I like your list... it's making me think about mine a little more.  It's so damn hard to keep track of all the KO's through out the year.  The only one I see on my list that you may want to take a look at is the one I have as #2 on my list.

^That KO was awesome. I remember that ****. Shame he's in his mid-late 30s yet so young in his career. Wish he would've started at the same time as Lyoto.

Also, seeing as how this is a YEW EFF SEA Knockout of the Year category; Kim/Silva > Ellenberger/Marquardt.

@Kalibo I wanted to keep it a UFC exclusive list because I feel like there were so many good UFC knockouts this year. But the Chinzo Machida and Paul Daley knockouts were ******* awesome, agreed.

@gunn4206 I completely forgot about the Dong punch, I'd put it at number 7 in my list.

Rua vs. Te Huna is my favorite of the year but in terms of shock and excitement, I'd go with these.

I would have put Hall vs Cella in there but tapology didn't let me.
